Workshops serve to outline, define and clarify ideas and objectives, walk through the project process and agree project deliverables. These workshops can be held before launching a project, or during a project in progress. They will take place either at a local Kontrolka office or at the OEM's premises.
Refine the old system, which was behind schedule to meet the board members’ requirement “To have the Best in class HMI”, while keeping within a small budget for implementation and without the possibility to change the information architecture of the old system.
During the preparation phase, we conducted research and analysed the market. We got in touch with key members across involved departments. On the workshop day, we gathered the information and quickly clarified the project's scope.
We connected all ideas across all departments to gain an understanding of the project and set a clear target to achieve the goals and get back on track.
