In the bustling metropolises of the world, the need for efficient and sustainable transportation is paramount. “Ikiryō” emerged from this necessity – a concept electric motorcycle designed for the fast-paced life of city dwellers, initially envisioned for the diligent messengers and delivery services navigating the intricate streets of Tokyo.
Our objective was to create a user interface that epitomizes intuitiveness and aesthetics, providing crucial information like speed, navigation, and power consumption in a glance, without compromising on style and elegance.
“Ikiryō” is the embodiment of urban mobility reimagined. It features a dual-display system: a sophisticated high-contrast e-ink display for essential information, and a vivid LED matrix that highlights the most critical data, including turn-by-turn navigation and on-route weather predictions.
The interface is crafted to cater to both professional riders and casual commuters, offering a seamless and customizable experience. The design prioritizes clarity and accessibility, ensuring that every journey is as intuitive as it is enjoyable.
