What does your job at Kontrolka look like?
Organisation of meetings and communication with our clients and partners
Researching clients, liaising with firms and dealing with contracts
Independent management of assigned projects of an administrative nature
HR support - routine communication with prospective clients
Support in organising events, training and workshops
Helping to ensure the smooth running of the office and back-office
Preparing and taking notes of meetings
What you should have?
A passion for working with people and a natural need to help and get involved
A responsible independent approach for the area assigned and excellent time management
A pleasant demeanor and the ability to deal with people is our "best"
Excellent knowledge of Czech and English language in words and writing, min. C1
Knowledge of Excel

Talent Visionary – You like to design the newest trendy conceptions and you come up with the new features and improvements. You will lead the workshops.
Talent Performance – You have technological thinking, you like order, building design systems and precision. You love organization and you are detail oriented. You will design wireframes, information architecture and you will prepare outcomes for developers.
Talent Design exploration – You enjoy creating beautiful things and you can see things, which other can not. You love to explore designs and you are never satisfied with the first draft. You will deal with esthetics and usability.
Talent Research – You are excellent in writing in Czech and English and you have analytical thinking. You understand user needs and you can find out and describe what they want.
